Research at the intersection of political ideology, complexity science, and network analysis

RESEARCH PHILOSOPHY

I'm Jinelle Piereder, a researcher working across political ideology, global governance, and complexity science.

Ideologies and worldviews don't just float around in the ether — they're embedded in social relationships, shaped by discourse, and deeply consequential for how societies frame and attempt to solve collective problems.

I use tools from network analysis and complexity science to make those connections visible — and to understand why ideology matters more, and differently, than we tend to think.
